Work etiquette
Tonight there is a work do that myself and my fellow Handbaggers are due to attend. There will of course be the obligatory free wine.
Now I know I should be good, maybe having just one or two glasses as I will be representing work and I don't want any embarrassing stories to be circulating about what She did at the 'do ...
However I am thirsty.
There will be wine.
I like wine.
Arse, I just know I'm going to get pissed;)

all quiet on the Handbag front today... whatever can it mean? ;)
We shall not talk about that night. Suffice to say yes there was wine ... and perhaps a smidgen more than two glasses.
We started quaffing at 6pm. The party then came to an end.
Then we staggered to the pub where we drank more wine and champagne. Then the pub shut.
Then we went to a late night bar in Clarm. And drank more wine. Then I had to manhandle one of the Handbaggers into a taxi and send her home ... that just left three of us. Then the bar shut.
So we decide to go back to the flat of one of the Handbaggers. There we drank even more wine. Then the wine ran out, so we drank something else ... I don't remember what this was.
I then decided that, as it was gone 2.30am and that we all had work tomorrow and that we had been drinking for 8.5 hours, it was perhaps time to go home ...
Have two more work events this week and two next week ... I could cry.
